When you live on the streets, are new to the community, or are experiencing an unfamiliar crisis, timely connection to appropriate services is essential. Knowing where to go, and who to talk to, is a vital step to getting help.
Getting messages, using a computer, receiving your mail, doing your laundry; these simple aspects of daily life are sometimes a luxury for someone experiencing homelessness. Access to these practical supports reduces stress, isolation, and barriers to housing or employment.
Real change can happen when we share life together. The Centre will serve as a safe and comfortable hub for people of all backgrounds to come together for volunteerism, learning, respite, and connection.
