Our 2017/2018 budget is $145,000. 83% of our financial support comes directly from the community. We are recruiting 2000 donors willing to give a yearly gift of $50. This will provide the bulk of our needed operation support. We still have a long way to go, please tell your family and friends.

Drop In

The SLC is committed to supporting individuals in need. However, we are also committed to improving access to supports to help folks move out of homelessness and into a thriving lifestyle.

We work with our sister organizations to improve service quality and reduce barriers with the goal of ending homelessness in Grande Prairie. Assist us in connecting businesses, faith communities, non-profits, and government to this end.

Saturday Supper

Everyone can have a life changing encounter with love.

Since 2015, the Saint Lawrence Centre has worked to reduce the effects of poverty in Grande Prairie by providing daily supports for individuals experiencing homelessness and who are street involved.

Church of Christ - Highland Park (9602 - 92nd Ave) has offered a community meal for the hungry for over 15 years. Since 2010, our volunteers have partnered with the Church to make sure there are ample eats every Saturday. We are happy to be part of the network of meal providers in Grande Prairie.
